Washing machine, Two seater bench

The service was okay. They were late and the communication wasn’t ideal sinds their English was very limited. In the advertisement I’ve asked for someone who could install the washing machine and they couldn’t.
Because of the language barrier, they had carrier the washing machine downstairs while that wasn’t the plan. Then they had to bring it back up again and they asked for more money…. Not very professional.

Yes, I understood what you said, but the washing machine space in your apartment was small. How could a new one be fitted? My husband tried very hard in front of you. Because every apartment has a different water supply and electrical circuit for the washing machine. You should contact the building's management and maintenance staff for that.
